This beautiful, bright beach front condo has recently been remodeled. With a very unique floor plan you have a fantastic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. The owners have done an amazing job decorating the spacious condo. The fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms features granite counter tops. Each bedroom and the living room have flat screen TVs. The main bedroom has a king size bed plus a Murphy bed in the alcove that looks like a dresser. Your condo has tile floors throughout, a washer and dryer for your use as well as free Wifi and a free assigned parking spot. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property.

The view as you enter is amazing. Ocean view from all the rooms. Nice balcony overlooks the ocean also. We were able to see dolphins too! Close to shopping and dining. Perfect location. The beach is amazing for walking and shelling. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo! Will be coming back! Balcony was awesome for morning coffee and evening sunsets!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was overdue time to decompress from the craziness of life. The place was perfect and the bed was the best bed for any place I have ever stayed before. The room, pool and beach was a great location for this much needed trip.

Great Condo and Location

This was the perfect quick get away from the cold and snow. Unit was very clean, roomy, bright and cheerful. Only a 1mi walk to Johns Pass. We’ll be back next year!

Excellent view was perfect

Property was excellent . Does need more lighting in living iroom.The master bathroorm needs area for soap ,shampoo etc in the shower.

Bright Beach Condo

A nice rental. Decorated nicely. Furniture is new, beds comfy! Building is older, and that shows some in the condo (cabinet drawers stick, ceilings are lower, master bath is small). But overall is great! And it’s right on the beach, there’s no dunes in between you and the water.

Birthday vacation

The view and beach access was amazing. The ice maker did not work. The check in to get the key from another location was a problem since we used Uber from the airport. Overall, the unit was good and I would rent from there again.

Great location

The location was great and the condo is very nicely decorated. It could have been a little cleaner for our liking, but it wasn’t filthy or anything. Both tubs were draining very slowly when we first showered, but they came and fixed them the same day I notified them. The master bath is kind of awkward the way it’s set up, but it serves the purpose. Overall it’s a pretty nice condo.

Spectacular view and only steps from the beach!

The view from the condo was spectacular. We enjoyed many breakfasts from the balcony and drinks with the sunsets. Just steps out your door to a fabulous beach where we spent most of our days then finishing off with the inground pool. Condo was very clean with everything we needed provided. The sliders were very difficult during the day when the sun shined on them (possibly the heat causing them to swell) but handled better after sunset. I would recommend that they either give the carpet a good cleaning or replace it. We would definitely come again when we can!

Beach Views!

This location has great views of the beach and the proximity to the water is super! The building itself is very old, smelly and run down. The photos of the unit show the remodeling but it is masking a lot. The furniture was nice, beds were comfy. The fridge and all appliances are yellowing and old. The master bathroom is so very tiny it's difficult for one person to fit comfortably. The shower tub is old and moldy and the shower curtain rail is rusted. Each and every bath towel was stained and moldy. Gross! The shower curtain had stains on it too. Each and every closet door was broken (falling off rails; knobs not attached). All kitchen utensils are old and not of any quality. There were 3 beach chairs and some sand toys for kids. There were two beach umbrellas, a beach wagon and a small cooler which was helpful. There are no beach towels provided, nor is there any dish soap or a sponge. There is minimum toilet paper and only a few trash bags provided.

The location was great and overall the building and its setup were very nice. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. We realize at the ocean sand gets in, but the floors were gritty and the rugs did not seem to have been vacuumed. The main bathroom had toothpaste and makeup spills. The couch and mattress (there was no mattress pad) had some pretty disgusting stains. The resort management was informed. They did promptly replace a coffee maker that wasn't working.

Family fun

Great as it always is. Some complaint about bed comfort. Some about kitchen aminities, and closets looking doors. But we were not their to stay in the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo overall was very nice. Location was perfect. Condo needs some serious attention!!. Master bedroom mattress should have been replaced a very long time ago. Springs popping out, nothing left to it. woke up with backache everyday. I agree with previous reviews this has been a problem for years and nothing has been done to correct the problem. Sofa bed needs replacing also. Slider doors are very difficult to open. Because of these issues I would not recommend this to a friend.
