Royal Villa 1 is a modern 2 storey, coral stone home that has been superbly maintained and stylishly decorated. It includes all amenities required for your vacation while being situated within the renowned Royal Westmoreland golf estate. Royal Villa has an impressive private swimming pool, sea views and complimentary access to a 7-seater vehicle.
This villa comes complete with housekeeping, dedicated villa manager and 24hr security.
Located at the end of the Royal Villas cul-de-sac, Swansway has 3 Ensuite bedrooms. Upon entering the villa, guests will be led to the open plan living/dining area accented with white and tropical decor. The living space includes a flat screen TV, DVD player, I Pod docking station and dining table seating 6 persons. Tucked nicely to the right, is the modern kitchen, equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove top, oven, and other necessary appliances. Large double doors connect the living space and private covered dining terrace with additional seating. The entire upper floor boasts views of lush gardens, private swimming pool and the enticing Caribbean Sea.
On the ground floor, guests will find the Master bedroom with King size bed and bedroom 2 with Twin beds; both features walk through closets and Ensuite double vanity bathrooms. The Master suite includes a separate tub and shower, while bedroom 2 is fitted with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have access to the shared pool deck leading right out to the large private swimming pool. The remaining bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a Queen size bed and includes an Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity.
Guests must be over the age of 25 and carry a local permit to drive which costs US$5 per person. The vehicle is given clean, with a full tank of gas, and must be returned with the same.

The property was well equipped, comfortably furnished and a good location. I personally would have preferred golf and Royal Westmoreland accessibility over a vehicle. Sasha was always reachable when needed and the maid was very accommodating. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, access to Sugar Hill Club was a bonus.
