The house was wonderful. It is so close to the beach and the pool and hot tub were great as well. We had 2 families with 7 kids between the them and they have already started planning a trip for next year.

Quiet getaway

The house was perfect. Giant, clean and the pool was extraordinary, especially on hot humid days. There was so much space for everyone which was nice. The pool and mini arcade in house was a huge hit.

Very nice property, saltwater pool was icing on the cake. The layout of the house was wonderful. I am a daily walker, and I felt safe walking in the neighborhood this house was in, even though I was a stranger. I would pick this house again in the future.

the trip was wonderful, my family and I didn't expect that the owners had all the beach equipment and actually they had everything that we needed in the home to cook, play games, watch movies, the pool, screened in deck, man this was the ultimate. The owners were very thoughtful because everything was included, I will definitely stay here again and I will tell all my friends about their rental and how centrally located everything was. This was one of the best 3 day getaway we have had, thank you to the owners. Very clean property.

Perfect Vaction House

This house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. It was perfect for our blended families. Plenty of room and space both inside and outside for everyone. The pool/hot tub was great after a long day at the beach. Short 10 min drive to the beach. So many beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach towels for our group. Would definitely return.

Spring break 25

This property is beautiful! It’s a large home with 2 of the bedrooms providing king size beds. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our group. The outdoor movie set up was amazing, we watched movies every night. The heater in the outdoor movie room was a great idea and made late night movie’s comfortable. This owner has really covered all the bases, we absolutely loved this accommodation!

Granddaughter graduation

Bigger and better than the pictures show! Heated salt water pool was amazing, 8’ deep end, volleyball and basketball. Great hot tub, plenty of seating. Big outdoor table, sunbrellas, fire pit, grill, corn hole. Lots of nice beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, boogie boards and COOLERS! The owners thought of everything. Lots of spices, oil, kitchen amenities. We felt right at home. Game room, office. Location very convenient and great neighborhood.Rent this one and you will not be disappointed!!

Myself, 2 girlfriends, and 2 two year olds just spent 4 days at property, and overall we were very pleased with our stay, and will definitely be back. The communication with David, the owner, was amazing and made things so easy when we ran into a couple issues. I can definitely tell that David and his wife Alla really want their guests to have an amazing time and will quickly respond and fix any problems that might arise. The location is great, only about 12 mins to Navarre Beach, 25-30 to Pensacola, and about 40 mins to Destin. They have everything you need for your beach days(a ton of chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and 2 coolers, so no need to bring anything. There’s also a stroller available. The house is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, even the bunk room has functional beds that even adults could sleep in if you needed the space. The game room is perfect for all, very nice addition. There’s a nice office space for those who need to do some work while away from home. Full size washer and dryer, so you don’t need to pack a ton. The kitchen has everything you need, including a nice double air fryer, keurig and drip coffee maker, plus their were pods already there which was great. There is a high chair as well, but it’s small(my 2 year old couldn’t fit since she’s so tall) there’s a ton of seating for eating.The lanai by the pool was very relaxing, with a projector, which the little ones enjoyed. Lastly, the pool was great, especially with the hot tub!

So one set of grandparents, our two daughters, and our seven grandkids. We have seven total, aged from three to thirteen. The home is amazing: an outside porch projector, a big hit after dark with the kids. The pool is warm, clean, and has all the toys for our kids. Basketball goal, big driveway, bean bag toss in the backyard, behind the pool and hot tub, fenced-off areas. Watched a ribbit walk down the sidewalk between the pool and house while everyone was in the pool. The hot tub uses the same water as the pool; turn it off, dump all the warm water into the pool, and replace it with pool water, making it extra clean.Large trees behind the fence, very private, corner lot, first right coming in, send left home, too easy. TOPS burgers: call it in and go pick them up; eat at the huge covered pool table or the fire pit. Wood at Publix just down the road; the backyard is amazing after dark, with fire!We rent homes all the time, and our host was the best; it felt like I made a friend rather than rented a property. Every question was answered within the hour. Professional Grade Rental Experience! Six Stars!

This is a wonderful property. Everything is as advertised. The floor plan is spacious and provides privacy for each suite area. Well maintained. The pool area is great. Lots of beach toys, floats, beach towels and scurf boards available. Despite iffy weather, the combination of the pool and game room made it work for the entire family.
