THE BEACH HOUSE is a one of a kind, historic lake-front cottage on Middle Range Pond. The house has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, 1 full and 2 1/2 bathrooms,
The space
The Beach was originally built for the the Famous Poland Spring House. Dignitaries and movie stars would come to the hotel and go to the Beach House and swim in the spring fed pond. The Beach House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Guest access
The Beach House is part of the Poland Spring Resort Property. We offer amazing sunsets, scenic golf course, huge outdoor swimming pool, bocce courts, shuffleboard, hiking trails, driving range, mini-golf, disc golf, grass tennis courts, library, boat rentals, putting green, game rooms, horseshoes, badminton, exercise room, Togo’s kids playroom, nightly entertainment including shows under the stars, dancing to a DJ, karaoke, live concert band, and dancing.
The space
