Built in 1860 for Silas Fulton — one of Savannah's early freedmen and entrepreneurs — this beautifully preserved post-and-beam home has been thoughtfully restored to offer guests an experience that's authentically Savannah and unmistakably luxurious.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and room for up to 6 guests, the Luxe Retreat is the perfect size for couples traveling together, small family trips, girls' weekends, anniversaries, and romantic Southern getaways. Each of the three elegantly appointed bedrooms is designed for restorative rest, with luxury mattresses (frequently called out by guests as some of the most comfortable they've ever slept in), high-end linens, and thoughtfully curated decor. We had a wonderful time staying here. Communication was quick with the host and the house was adorable! It was in walking distance to almost everything. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the fire pit outback was the perfect ending to our evenings. Thanks for a wonderful stay

The location in the historic district was ideal, a beautiful walk to historic squares, charming coffee houses, historic points of interest. Everything was very clean and well-decorated, as well as comfortable. Wish we could have brought our dog on the plane, he would have loved it too, and Savannah is extremely dog-friendly.

This was a lovely townhome in the historic District. It had a combination of old and new. Building was built in 1860 and any updates were done well to keep with the history of the building. The decor was awesome. Everything we were interested in was very close by you could walk or drive depending on your preference.. and Savannah is a beautiful town. Our experience overall was wonderful.

In town for Antiques Riadshow

Four friends from Ohio came to Savannah for Antiques Roadshow and found your place the PERFECT place to stay! It was conveniently located, had a personal parking space (a real premium for the area!), and was absolutely lovely! Our hosts were quick to respond when we were short on forks and they made our visit comfortable and easy! I would highly recommend a stay at the Silas Fulton House anytime you’re in Savannah!

Adorable Property

The house is perfect for a group of female friends. It’s decorated do cute inside. Especially the gorgeous green bathroom. It was clean and well stocked. The leasing agent was always prompt to respond. A special pet owner perk is the proximity to Whitfield Square. I highly recommend this property:

This home is a great blend of a historic home that has been updated. Easy check in and great communication with the host. Great coffee maker and reverse osmosis water in the kitchen was great! It would be helpful to know there are connecting doors in between all of the bedrooms upstairs. They are shut and blocked by furniture but not sound proof. During our stay there was a ceiling leak in the upstairs hall over the armoire where our luggage and clothing was located. They promptly sent someone out to care for it.
