The property was closest to the beach and very nice. We enjoyed walking across Scenic 98 and relaxing on the beautiful Emerald Coast. We have been visiting Seascape for over 30 years and was not disappointed. The unit is nicely equipped for cooking and has many beach toys and chairs available for use. A few minor suggestions to the host would be to provide hangers in each room and look into screening in back patios. The little flying pest were quite bad this visit. We would definitely stay here again. If you rent this unit you will not be disappointed!

They can be especially active at certain times of year, and we appreciate you letting us know. Screening in the patio would require the owner to seek approval from the HOA Board. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd time staying in this unit because of convenience. It didn't appear to be as clean as last year. circular marks from drinks on counter, didn't appear to be swept well. Unit could really use a low pile rug in the living room and in bed rooms. Balcony in master bd was nasty. It has a turf rug that was covered in dead bugs and dirt. Could have been swept. Made you not want to go out there. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and we love Seascape. This won't stop us from staying at Seascape again, but definitely need to have better cleaning checks.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay!! It was such a nice place to stay with a group of 5 and it still felt very spacious! Perfect location and SO SO close to the beach! It was great! Definitely would come back!
