We loved our visit overall. The only big issue was the elevator situation. There are only 3 for a huge tower of guests and while we were there, one was out of order. We waited in the heat for 15 minutes or longer to get on the elevator every single time. The elevators also did not have air conditioning, and so 10-12 people crammed in at a time due to the long wait and then we were all extremely hot.

Toilet issues and no help

The property was really nice and very well appointed. However, the toilet in the master bedroom did not work properly, and we all had to use the 1 toilet in the guest bedroom. After notifying RealJoy, they wanted me to troubleshoot the issue instead of routing for maintenance, after telling me that they would send someone. Totally ridiculous!

Hi Tarika, thank you for your feedback. We're very happy to hear you enjoyed the property. We do apologize for the issue with the master bathroom toilet and any inconvenience it caused. While we sometimes ask for basic troubleshooting to better assess the issue, we never intended to place the responsibility on you. We appreciate your honesty in how you felt we handled your situation and will use this to improve our services moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you give us the opportunity to host you again in the future.
