Studio flat in the heart of Venice!
In a quiet place and less than 1 minute to Academy bridge and water bus stop.
My place is close to many bar and restaurants and 10 minutes to San Marco Square and Rialto bridge.
The studio flat , 14 m2 with a comfortable double bed , a kitchenette with microwave and caffe maker and a complete bathroom with hydro-massage shower cabin.
The studio flat is on the ground floor so cozy and useful with all comfort.

Fun, cozy flat convenient to Acedemia Bridge, water bus, Campo Santo Stefano and Piazza San Marco.

Nada was accomodating for our very late reservation. And she let us check in early! Communication was a little difficult until we connected on Whatsapp. Flat is well equipped. Nada left us breakfast basics, coffee and wine! It was a wonderful stay. One suggestion: a visitors welcome guide would be useful. Include favorite restaurants (touristy and local), water bus schedule, popular and favorite sites and other recommendations (gondola rides? Walking tours?)
