Our Block Island vacation was the best ever! The Waverly suites were perfect. We rented 1 and 2 and made full use of the front porch every day. The proximity to the beach and all of town is unbeatable. Everything was amazing and we'll be back next year!

Overall happy with the unit and would stay there again. It was the end of the season so there was some TLC needed. Appreciated the host's response to my questions.

Cannot say enough good things about this place and host! The location is top and notch and only a short walk to just about everything. The beach is great. The house itself is perfect and worked wonderfully for myself, my husband and our 2 young kids. The host is AMAZING. They have been so incredibly accommodating and we would 100% stay here again.

The Waverly cottage experience was exceptional! The cottage is so cute and clean, and is in the PERFECT location, conveniently located to beach, shopping and restaurants. It is so very comfortable from the bed and shower to the living space. The 2 decks are amazing - 1 for seeing the water and the other for people watching the town foot traffic. Holly couldn't have been more responsive and pleasant. She also leaves local treats, a nice touch. Don't hesitate to rent this one, I will definitely again!

Cottage was adorable and just as advertised. Great location and steps to Baby Beach. The views were lovely. Host was super responsive and even accommodated us when the ferries were canceled due to TV r hurricane. A great little gem downtown!

Great place

The apartment was great. Holly was responsive to anything we needed. The location was perfect for us since we did not bring our car over, close to everything. Great stay for a quick trip.

Cute, convenient, walking distance to downtown and ferry. Host was very responsive. Only downside was size for 3 adults. A bit cramped but would have been perfect for a couple.

Waverly is wonderful. The location can't be beat, no car necessary. The apartment is beautifully kept and the host left us some lovely island treats. There is a great back porch with a wonderful view of the water, as well as a great covered front porch where you can sit and watch the island activity go by. We were so happy to have a dog with us and the host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. I can't recommend enough.

Feeling Wavy at the Waverly

A Perfect Stay at the Waverly Suite #1 on Block Island! We absolutely loved our stay at the Waverly Suite #1. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—the suite was immaculate, and the attention to cleanliness was top-notch. The furniture was beautifully maintained and super comfortable, but the real MVP was the king bed. It was super comfortable! The suite had every amenity we could ask for, including flawless WiFi (which, let’s be honest, is a rare gem on an island). Whether it was streaming, working remotely, or just scrolling in peace, the connection never skipped a beat. One of our favorite parts of the Waverly was sitting out on the porch with a beverage in hand and watching the ebb and flow of town life. It’s like front-row seats to Block Island’s charming daily rhythm. Plus, having the beach literally in our backyard—with super easy access—was unbeatable. You can go from porch to ocean in minutes. Location-wise, the Waverly is the definition of convenience. Everything in town is just a short stroll away—shops, restaurants, you name it. You really don’t need a car if you’re staying here. Our host was fantastic and checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend the Waverly Suite #1 highly enough. If you’re heading to Block Island and want the perfect combination of comfort, location, and laid-back island vibes, this is the place to stay.
