This spacious 1Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment has everything needed for the perfect NOLA vacation! This space is a stones throw from all of the attractions our city has to offer. Take a stroll down St. Charles and enjoy the gorgeous homes and take in the history that makes New Orleans so great.
The Space: This adorable 1 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Uptown and is literally right off of St. Charles Ave. The spacious layout will be the perfect retreat after a day of exploring our wonderful city. The living room is super comfy and we have a streaming tv for the binge watchers. This super cute and comfortable space has everything you will need to make your stay perfect. The large king size bedroom will have you sleeping like royalty. We have also provided a desk, for anyone working remotely. Our kitchen is also stocked in case you decide to stay in for a home cooked meal. You won't have to worry about parking because we have a dedicated off street parking spot for you directly in front of the apartment. You can't get any closer to the action than at this house, which sits just 1 block from the St. Charles Streetcar and some of the city's most heralded restaurants, cafes, shops and bars, such as:

Please quiet down by 9pm on the weekdays and 10pm on the weekends. This is especially important when using the outdoor spaces! -- Due to back-to-back guests, we’re sorry, but we can not accommodate early check-ins nor late check outs. -- Please take all perishable items with you. They beckon bugs and critters! -- Upon departure, please take the trash out to the master bins. Please also make sure the house is in good order: dishes washed etc. We will take care of everything else! Failure to leave the house in good order will result in an Airbnb investigation and additional fines. -- No guest-packages are to be delivered to the house. If you have a package delivered anyway, please note we are not responsible for the security of your package, nor are we available to help you track it down. Amazon Locker is a great way to have packages safely delivered!

This is a very nice one bedroom in a great location. The host provides some really nice touches like having umbrellas near the door and a coffee maker with ground coffee. Recommended!
Perfect for what we needed. The host checked on us and provided recommendations but left us alone unless we needed her, which was perfect. The space had what we needed, as well.
The host was extremely responsive! I believe the host wants you to have the best experience possible. We can’t say enough about the location which was excellent for us. We loved the neighborhood & accessibility to the street car.
Cute, clean and well appointed rental. We had a great stay in Nola. Great communication. Beautifully furnished. Comfortable bed and bedding. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at this apt on Bordeaux. The location couldn't be better, easy access to the street car, safe location. Loved the access to Audubon park which we walked in every morning. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The only downside is that the AC is inconsistent throughout the apt, but most importantly the bedroom was cool so we could sleep.well. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with.
This was perfect for me. I don’t rent a car. The street car is right there very convenient (& I connected to buses easily. Download the le passe app from RTA.)Everything was better than I imagined. The laundry & even the iron! I didn’t realize I would need but used! My roots are deep in New Orleans (1700s) & I’m writing a book about my great grandmother who was the 3rd woman lawyer in Louisiana (12 years before white women could vote). I highly recommend the Whitney Plantation via grey line bus. It’s a more accurate history of enslaved people’s experience.
The property more than met my needs for an extended stay with an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. There was lots to do within walking distance and close proximity to St. Charles street car line. There was plenty of room to spread out within the house too. The host responded promptly the few times I reached out and provided detailed check in/check out instructions. The listing notes, "a dedicated off street parking spot for you directly in front of the apartment" but the check-in instructions stated to park on the street. Parking was never an issue, there was always a space but the information at the time of booking is misleading, especially since it is paired with an image of a dedicated parking space. I visited during a summer heat wave with high temperatures in the mid 90's. During the day the AC was not able to cool below 77 degrees, despite being set at 70. This was also not a big deal because I spent most of the day time away and the bedroom was cooler that the rest of the house providing a comfortable night's sleep. Overall I had a pleasant two week stay!
