Fantastic

We loved our stay at Shoreline flats, what a peaceful and beautiful property. Spencer and Brenda were great hosts, providing a very helpful and detailed welcome letter, with many great recommendations for restaurants, we ate at several of them), markets and excursions etc. we took advantage of the Kayaks and paddle boards. We can’t wait to come back! And Go Gators!

Shoreline Flats was a beautiful and well appointed location for our small family! Spencer and Brendi stayed connected with us before and throughout our stay. Beyond the incredible views and welcoming hosts, you’ll find yourself at a home with all the basics and more. My daughter raved about the comfortable bedding. We had everything we needed to cook including basic cooking supplies like oil, some spices, and even coffee and some snacks (likely from previous guests). It was so appreciated that we paid it forward by leaving some of our leftover snacks in the pantry. The hosts also get you started with plenty of drinking water in a dispenser - so appreciated after a long day of travel! Outside, we enjoyed the water “toys” (kayak) and the many seating options. If you have a small family or group of friends, don’t miss the opportunity to stay at Shoreline Flats.
