I was supposed to go to Englewood for a job and Ended up not going. I tried to cancel but it was too late a day before the scheduled trip. So I never wentto the property at all and they still charged me all the extra fees. Cleaning fees and whatever other charges they make up since this is a Vrbo property. Unbelievable
