We loved our stay at this lake house. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend and had the lake almost to our selves. Having a separate and private downstairs was nice and worked out perfectly with the dogs- keep in mind there is no indoor staircase separating the living spaces. Plenty of parking, lots of amenities and a gorgeous screened porch overlooking the lake. The access to SUPs, kayaks and noodles was amazing and the new stairs provided the perfect path to the lake. We all enjoyed our peaceful stay here and look forward to booking again next year.

Our host Lucia was outstanding. The home is beautiful with a magnificent view over the lake! Sitting each morning with our coffee listening to the songs of birds, so peaceful. The fire pit at the lake was incredible, sitting there in the evenings with a nice fire and the grandkids making smores! This home has everything for the kids and yes the dogs, plenty of room to play and swim in the lake. Paddle boards to fishing all a great time. Overall this home is a 12 out of a 10! A must stay for your vacation!

Perfect relaxing lake retreat

My family and I enjoyed a great stay at the lake house. It is clean, spacious and well stocked. The kitchen and grills are great for cooking at home. Loved the screened porch upstairs to eat meals or relax and listen to the birds and crickets with beautiful lake view. Enjoyed smores over the fire at the lakeside. Loads of fun water toys and spacious docks for hanging out and fishing. We caught catfish from the dock. We loved swimming right off the dock and taking out kayaks and peddle boat. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved taking baths in the huge jacuzzi tub. Location is close to several waterfall hikes and fun activities for the kids. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect for a family vacation!

We had a wonderful time in this spacious house. The grounds are beautiful and the lake was refreshing. There was lots of room for our family, 10 people in total. We especially enjoyed the extra touches from the host like the kitchen having coffee, filters, spices, paper towels etc. The bathrooms were also stocked and linens were included. This house deserves a 5 star rating!

Magical Multigenerational Getaway!Our 9-night stay for 3 families (ages 2-72) at this 4,000 sq ft Whitewater Lake home was spectacular. Host Lucia was an absolute joy to communicate with, and the property was immaculately clean. She and her husband are clearly striving for awesome, and it shows!The Home: The split-level layout with 2 kitchens and 2 living areas made managing a large group seamless. We loved the newly redone upper kitchen, remote-controlled ceiling fans, custom pocket doors, and the unique, rustic farm door to the master bedroom.The Lake & Dock: Hands down the best dock access on the lake! There are 42 massive, beautiful stone steps leading down (great exercise and exceptionally well-lit at night). The brand-new dock features incredible "LakeEze" stairs for effortless water entry. The fleet of water toys—kayaks, paddleboards, tandem kayak, and pedal boat—is exceptional.Outdoor Fun: The hosts thought of everything. Our grandson caught 3 large catfish using the provided gear and bait (and we have a great "fish story" about a massive one snapping the line!). We loved the cornhole boards, board games, new propane grills, and the fire pit stocked with firewood for nightly s'mores.The Highlight: Watching the 4th of July fireworks right from the water in the pedal boat and kayak under a clear, starry sky. Surrounded by nature, it was a magical evening that far outshone the Cashiers, NC fireworks. An unforgettable experience!
