Great location and easily accessible! I really enjoyed being away from the boardwalk yet so close to so many options. Too cramped for a group of four, but overall an good experience.

The place is perfect for a couple and a kid. Location is amazing and the building is spotless and perfectly maintained. It’s not luxurious, though the price is very fare for the included amenities. The complex is quiet too. Owners are very organized and everything went as smoothly as possible.

Amazing location with walkout to beach. Decent furnishings. Cleaners showed up after we checked in and bathroom rugs were dirty. The vertical blinds were broken and difficult to open and close. The bathroom sink drained very slowly.

REAL BIG ISSUE WITH PRIVACY. Unit on ground floor with several blinds to sliding glass door missing. Mgmt aware but has yet to address the issue. Thankfully little foot traffic.

Fabulous studio, “beach-in, beach-out”. Everything was splendid and true to the description! If rolling out of bed, pouring a cup of coffee and sitting on the patio 10 feet from the beach access path is your thing, like it is ours, it will not disappoint. Great stay!

This property was clean and steps from the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location with regard to the boardwalk. Close enough to drive too yet far enough from the busy and noisy activities on the boardwalk. My only gripe I have is it may be time for a new mattress on the queen size bed or even moving to a king size bed. I do however understand that space is sometimes limited therefore a king size bed may not be practical. Overall a good vacation
