This 3rd-floor studio condo is the perfect beach escape. Relax in a cozy, privately owned, studio that provides comfort and convenience. Thanks to the building’s unique angle, you can enjoy beautiful ocean views from inside the unit or from the balcony.

The Space
• Coastal Retreat: Third floor unit features a plush queen bed (with a new mattress and frame), a dual power-reclining love seat, and a 43-inch Smart TV, and a dehumidifier.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Unlike many units in the building that only have a cook top, our kitchen features a full oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Single-Serve Keurig, Ninja blender, basic pots and pans, and cooking utensils.
• Prefer to Travel Light? You are welcome to use our personal beach chairs, umbrella, hairdryer, etc. Towels and linens are provided and an iron is available for your convenience. Please bring your own beach towels.

Everything was amazing, we rented 4 units in the same resort that weekend, 3 others for our adult children and this 1 was the favorite by far. The host stayed in communication with us even after our stay to make sure we had our best time and correct anything that we felt needed address sed. 5 stars all the way.

This was the most amazing stay-cation I have ever had. From the quality of the grounds, despite the hottub, to the condition of the condo. I don’t think I will be able to stay anywhere else. The host was an absolute angel who was quick to answer my calls on the very few issues I had to reaching out before my stay to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Then to top it off the view of the sun rise from the balcony is absolutely perfect!!!

The location is great, easy parking. One of the largest pools of any place we have ever stayed in and it was heated. Great view of the beach, loved watching the cars drive by. Good place for a short stay and the owner was very responsive (no problems, just some questions that she responded to quickly)

Great stay

This was a fear vacation for my boyfriend and me. The owner was on top of any communication and very accommodating. The employees of the complex were very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing to lounge at.

Quick mom and son trip

Ive stayed in a lot of condos in Daytona Beach and this one was perfect. I loved not having to "check-in" and the place was clean with a great view. Close to everything. Owners were very willing to communicate but not over bearing. Perfect stay for any length of trip.

Exactly what we needed

Very nice place right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were just what my son and I needed to relax after spending several days at Welcome to Rockville. The check-in process was seamless and our host was very informative. We will definitely be back.

I am retired and live in North Georgia. I rented property in this building for ten years and it always felt like home. I purchased this condo so I could visit more often and decided to rent it out for others to enjoy when I am not in Daytona.

Why they chose this property

We are located in an eight story building in a great location!! Our awesome pool is heated year round and we have a hot tub as well! (both of which are gated). Within walking distance to great restaurants and Main Street Pier. Land Shark Bar and Grill and Crabbie's Oceanside are located 2 blocks from us beachside.

What makes this property unique

The unique angle of the building provides this side unit with a beautiful view of the ocean as well as gorgeous ocean views from both inside the unit and from the balcony. The balcony also provides a perfect seat to watch fireworks being shot from the pier. We offer a well stocked kitchen with oven and many extras avail for use such as beach chairs, umbrella, hair dryer, etc. for those who prefer to travel light.
