Enjoy a relaxing get-away in this trendy and spacious home. Located on one of Cape Coral’s canals and centrally located to many restaurants, lots of shopping, minutes to the beach and only 20 mins from Fort Myers Airport. Float your problems away in the saltwater pool or walk out the front door to observe burrowing owls unique to the region. The home has full amenities including a pull out couch, heated/cooled pool, WiFi and barbecue grill on the patio.
Additional rules
Absolutely no house parties or reservation will be terminated immediately and law enforcement contacted for removal from the premises. Strict policy of no pets. If pet is identified on the property $500 fee will be charged and reservation terminated.
