Welcome to our newly remodeled vacation home "Villa Dino". Check out our summer special pricing!

This private spacious home offers around 1800 Sq. Ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths/Pool bath and about 800 Sq. Ft. of outdoor living with a very private heated electric pool, screen enclosure and hibiscus plants for privacy. New white modern kitchen, tile and laminate flooring through out the home. The dining area seats 6 and there is also a desk in case you are on a working vacation.

Master bedroom has a King bed and baby crib with a ensuite master bath and access to the lanai, the other bedrooms located on other side of home both have king beds as well. The Living offers a Flat Screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
The home and kitchen are fully Equipped with everything you should need for having a nice and relaxing vacation in Paradise.
The BBQ Gas Grill is waiting for that perfect steak to be grilled right outside the screen enclosure! Rent or bring your boat and tie up to the dock in the back yard. Cape Coral offers a white sandy beach with Playground and waterfront Restaurant within minutes away. You can reach other white sandy beaches within 10-30 minutes.

all was well and we enjoyed everything, very clean, as described and host answered any queries promptly. Only issue was the pool cover as needed 2 people to take off as not on any roller to remove. So when I was on my own I could not do it. Maybe that should be shown on details.

Honeymoon stay

My wife and I both appreciated our time at Villa Dino. The photos that we saw online, is what we arrived to. The rooms are really nice, can definitely hold a lot of people, for those going with a bigger group. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to vacation!

Great location, spacious home.

Great area for walking and getting places. House spacious. House needed cosmetic work. Could have used cleaning tools such as a vacuum cleaner that was useable. Appliances were great and pool area fantastic.

Great stay for our whole family

We had a great stay. Loved that the pool was warm for the kids to swim every day. The neighborhood was safe, we walked with our kids every night. Super close to stores and walking distance to a small tiki bar and Dunkin’ Donuts which was nice as well. We would rebook this property. My only downfall was the TV. There was no way to log into an app on the TV and they only had an antenna for a few channels so we had to leave the property to find a sports game.

Family vacation in the COVID era

After dealing with covid for several weeks and skipping our normal Florida spring break, we decided we needed a dose of sun and to get out of our own state for a few days. We chose this rental for the privacy and the pool availability to ensure our family could still stay distanced if needed with all the guidelines going on. The house was spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and provided easy access to anywhere we needed to go. We had all needed items to enjoy our stay minus a blender which is not a big deal and easily worked around. The bedrooms separated on each side of the home were a nice reprieve from the kids at night for some quiet. Some of the switches in the home were confusing for corresponding to lights, etc but we finally figured it out. There was an overhead fan in the master but not the other bedrooms which would have been nice to cool down the other rooms at night a little better but again not a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. Caroline was excellent in answering our questions immediately and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The house was vacant 3 days prior to our arrival to ensure it was properly prepared with the covid guidelines which was comforting especially when bringing our family. We would recommend this rental and wish we could have stayed longer.

Good home for extended stay

This was a wonderful rental with plenty of room and comfort. The bedrooms were each a good size, though we didn't use them all. The bed in the master was very comfortable; firm so you didn't sink into it, soft so you didn't wake with a stiff back or neck. The walk-in shower was a nice size with room for a shower chair (which we brought ourselves). The master and kitchen both had ceiling fans which helped on especially warm days as we didn't want to run the A/C at too cool a temperature. The directions for the home were laid out nicely in a little booklet in English and German. The cable is Comcast, I believe, with most of your basic cable channels. A guide of channels is provided. The pool was very nice and clean and the pool guy came regularly on Tuesdays. There were adequate towels for the bathroom and pool and the kitchen was equipped with enough pots, pans, dinner, and silverware for all of our cooking needs. We stayed a full three (3) weeks, so we were prepared to buy groceries the first couple of days including some essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher and dish soap. There is an Aldi's and Dollar General down the street for good selection of supplies at reasonable prices. The desk in the dining room was sufficient for me to 'work-from-home' and a power surge outlet was provided. Obviously, there is no computer, but there is enough space to bring your own equipment and work comfortably. I did reach out to Caroline a few times on various things. She was easy to contact via text and available by phone if needed. She was very responsive and I appreciated her coming out for the garbage disposal which wasn't working when we first arrived. She came out herself and was able to tweak something herself and make it work again. Other than that, we didn't really have any problems with the home and were quite pleased with everything. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Der Grill konnte nicht genutzt werden, da der Grill erst vor Nutzung eine Grundreinigung benötigt hätte. Die Terrassenboden hätte vor Ankunft gereinigt werden können.

We had a wonderful time here at the house in Cape Coral. Everything was clean and in good condition. The house is located very central, so that all destinations whether in CC, Fort Myers or other destinations are very good and quickly accessible. Due to our arrival and departure, some questions arose before the start of the vacation. Caroline answered them immediately and very friendly and helped us. Many thanks for this! We can only recommend the house and everything around it! Wir hatten eine wunderbar Zeit hier im Haus in Cape Coral. Alles war sauber, aufgeräumt und in gutem Zustand. Das Haus liegt wunderbar zentral, so das alle Ziele egal ob in CC, Fort Myers oder auch andere Ziele sehr gut und schnell erreichbar sind. Aufgrund unserer An- und Abreise ergaben sich einige Fragen vor Beginn des Urlaubes. Caroline hat diese umgehend und sehr freundlich beantwortet und uns weitergeholfen. Vielen lieben Dank hierfür! Wir können das Haus und alles drum herum also nur empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem kleinen Makel

Das Haus war wunderbar, sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, eine wirklich gut ausgestattete Küche und ein super Pooldeck mit überdachtem Sitz- und Liegeplatz. Der grosse, rechteckige Pool wurde ausgiebig von uns genutzt. Die Lage (Seitenstrasse zum Del Prado Blvd) ist ideal als Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge oder Einkaufen. Einziger Wermutstropfen und daher nur 4 Sterne, die Garage war nicht nutzbar. Da wir im Hochsommer, Mitte Juli bis Anfang August, in Cape Coral waren und unser Mietwagen immer draussen stehen musste, hatte sich dieser teilweise extrem aufgeheizt. Abgesehen davon, können wir das Haus wirklich empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Property Managerin war über den gesamten Zeitraum (von der Buchung bis zur Abreise) vorbildlich. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Villa verbracht.

Great central location

Great homebase for our house hunting week. The pool in lanai are fabulous! Beds were comfy. The indoor living room is formal with velvety sofas so it's not very practical for indoor relaxing (esp for kids). We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house!
