Location, Location, Location. Ground-floor unit with no stairs and handicap-accessible BRs and BA. Enjoy the relaxing sounds, smells, and ocean breeze while sitting poolside or relax in your private shaded deck, enjoying all the beach has to offer, too. Renovated in 2026, everything is new and fresh. 4 BR 2BA, large kitchen, and great room, this bungalow lives large. The two upstairs units are rented separately. Every unit has a private entrance and its own designated parking for two cars. The pool, game room, and laundry are shared spaces. Pets are welcome with a $200 fee; the second pet is $100, with a max of 2 pets. Some breads and size restrictions due to insurance policy, sorry. Come and enjoy.

It was an excellent location and very nice Tri-plex. The beach access was right in front of our vacation spot. Our family enjoyed the house, pool and nice patio.

Amazing

This property has it all. Perfect location only 85ft from the beach! Perfect access for quick trips back and forth with the kids. The saltwater pool made for relaxing evenings with the kids to wind down and avoid the sand. Wide open 1st floor layout, tons of space for cooking. WiFi was fast and reliable. We can’t wait to book again here for next year!
