The property fit our needs perfectly. It was spotlessly clean, stocked with coffee and other essentials; we especially appreciated the available washer and dryer. This place is amazing. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and was really impressed. The owner even leaves out coffee, creamer, sweetener and to-go cups if needed. It was very clean and bright. Of course the scenery is beautiful. This is a great place for a couples getaway. I highly recommend.

Although our stay was cut short due to a snowstorm, the accommodations with Charles were great. We usually take a hotel room when down in Southbury visiting family. From here on we will certainly be staying with Charles. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and communication was good. ~Jeff
