A terrific find

This is an exceptional property in a beautiful setting. The space is truly comfortable, private, and has full amenities as described--in fact, even nicer than described. Charles responds quickly to messages and is a very solicitous host. I hope to be able to stay here many times in the future for my semi-regular trips to the area. Thank you, Charles.

After a three-hour drive on a chilly afternoon, this warm, cozy apartment above a two-car garage was a welcome place to land. I appreciated the dedicated parking space so I didn't have to leave my car on the street. The rooms were well-lit (a plus during these shorter days). Everything was clean, and I was able to find what I needed in the kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet, with lots of trees. Had the weather been warmer, I would have sat outside at the table on the landing to enjoy the scenery. I'd been a little concerned about noise from the garage, but I heard hardly anything when the car was taken out early the next morning. Owner was very responsive to my messages. Just my own opinion ... I would recommend this apartment for one or two people. While there is a fold-out couch, unless you're all very friendly, I think it would be a squeeze for three or four. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay

My wife and I recently stayed at Charles' place for 5 weeks, waiting to move into our new house. Charles is a gracious and accommodating host and his place suited our needs perfectly. It is very clean and very private with its own outside entry. There is even a deck with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Charles, for helping our transition go smoothly.
