The house is newly built (December 2016) is inside a forest and recreation area, barbecue and swimming pool is integrated with the park borders.
The pool is heated overlooking the woods. The land is located 100 meters from a slab with a wonderful view of the mountains and the Great Stone in Atibaia.
The climate is mild, typical mountain.
All rooms are spacious, airy and overlooking. There are 5 double rooms (two suites), a room with a bunk bed + a litter box, another room with a bunk bed + a bed box + auxiliary bed and a dormer anex 6 bathrooms, kitchen, integrated dining room fireplace room and the EEA to the mezzanine that can be used as a bedroom especially for children. leisure, another room of 40 m2 with two rooms also with fireplace, mezzanine of 60 m2. This fully equipped with gourmet kitchen, laundry.
It is the ideal place to gather family and friends to relax and enjoy nature.

Casa aconchegante com belas vistas em meio a natureza.

A estadia na casa foi maravilhosa! Apesar de não ser tão fácil para chegar até a mesma, no final tudo faz valer a pena. A casa recebe muito confortavelmente a quantidade de pessoas sugeridas e a infra é espetacular. Super recomendo a casa. Para família e amigos. Curtir o friozinho ali é ideal.
