Great location. The beds are not very good with plastic sheets and very poor quality mattresses. There is also a smell (air freshener or paint) that requires airing the house everyday. Screen around the pool was broken on arrival but we were notified of this. The arcade games are a nice touch.

Very disappointed with this location. Was lacking cleanliness. Climbs of hair everywhere even in the master bathroom and shower. Which I just cleaned myself. Shower wall is loose in the other bathroom as well. Tarp on the roof when we drove by before check in should have been my first clue on how this trip was gonna go. Walked in on Saturday and it was warm in the house just figured that they probably keep the air higher when no one’s staying understandable. By the end of the night it was nice in the house temperature wise . Left for the game in the morning came back and it was hot in the house. Reached out and was told that whatever they see it says it’s 70 and that it may seem hotter because of the area. I live in Florida I know Florida heat…. So the host turned it down to 60. The ac unit wasn’t working. Someone was finally sent out hours later to look at it and the thermostat was actually not working and the heat was on. Thankfully it was eventually fixed. Wont book again. I get things happen but for the price we paid definitely not worth it.

Quiet and Comfort

Nice quiet neighborhood and the house was nice. One small take would be the remotes should of had enough for each room and not have to take one from 1 area to another to watch TV. Nothing major at all. House was clean and the pool was nice. Would definitely stay there again if the need arises. Communication better thw tenant and the owner was excellent and prompt. Thank you for making this a great experience for my family. Especially since this was their 1st time meeting my oldest daughter in person!!
