Welcome to High Life at the IOP – a charming and immaculately maintained studio condo that perfectly combines style, convenience, and comfort. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this thoughtfully decorated retreat offers everything you need to unwind and enjoy island life.
The spacious main room features a king-sized bed, a cozy sofa sitting area, and a dedicated dining space, all designed for relaxation. The adjoining kitchen is compact but well-equipped, with a large toaster oven, regular toaster, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, and a single-eye countertop induction cooktop. Please note, the cooktop works with steel-bottomed pans (one 2-quart soup pot is provided), making it ideal for preparing simple meals right in your condo. Plates, bowls, silverware, and coffee mugs are also included for your convenience.
The updated bathroom includes stylish tile and glass features, plus ample counter space for all your essentials.
As you step through the entryway, you'll notice the creative destination decals on the wall – a fun touch from past guests who have left their mark. (Feel free to add your own hometown decal – it's a great way to leave a little piece of yourself behind!)
Although this unit is located on the back side of The Ocean Inn, the soothing sound of the waves from the nearby beach will remind you that you're just a short walk away from the ocean. Free onsite parking is available for your convenience, and you'll find coin laundry facilities just steps away.
The Ocean Inn complex also features two grilling areas and a small private pool exclusively for guests, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The condo is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and some of the island’s top restaurants. Plus, you're conveniently located near the Isle of Palms Connector, making it an easy drive to Mt. Pleasant or just 25 minutes to downtown Charleston.
For pet lovers, we welcome dogs only (please get pre-approval for pets over 20 lbs – some larger breeds may not be allowed). Pet fees are required based on weight and are added as an extra guest fee. There’s a vet clinic nearby and pet stores in Mt. Pleasant to take care of your furry friend’s needs. If you're not bringing a pet, rest assured, we maintain a spotless space with no evidence of past guests' pets.

**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
