Two nearby bars, only visited the one in the square, very friendly and with the best pelotas you'll find. A small shop in the village, supermarkets in Jalon (Xaló). Website doesn't show bathroom but there is one, of course, roomy with an actual bath and shower, good heater. Outside, the terraces are really nice to relax in. The house is well equipped, as you'll se in the photos and Fiona the proprietor always answers queries very quickly. In the cooler seasons of the year the house is a bit chilly inside. The guest book shows that this house is very popular with cyclists but the whole area is also wonderful for walking - there are scores of them within 30 - 45 minutes drive and a lot within the immediate area. There are half a dozen or so leaflets in the house with details of the most local ones. We would defintely recommend Casa Menut - as long as you don't book when we want to go!
