This newly renovated home has 2 bedrooms, with a queen bed and a bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on top). A spacious living room where you can relax on the sofa with a smart TV that includes Netflix. We have a small dedicated working area with high-speed internet. A bright fully equipped kitchen where you can cook up a feast with our brand-new appliances. Located in the Lowertown neighborhood, we are within walking distance to downtown Rochester, Mayo Clinic, restaurants, shops, bus stops, and the Rochester trail system.

This house is perfectly suited for both short-term and long-term stays. All bedrooms are located on the main floor. There is a full bath with tub/shower on the main floor as well. The property is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, ensuring that you can always enjoy a comfortable environment. In the basement, there is a small hang out space with a foosball table, as well as the washer/dryer. Lastly, there is a gravel lot behind the house that can fit parking for 2+ cars.
