We had a wonderful visit to Pleasant Valley. The property was just as listed, right on the Mississippi River…amazing views, quiet neighborhood, convenient location. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond with any issues or questions. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Loved our stay

We ha d a nice relaxing time. Beautiful scenery and atmosphere. Only thing I would recommend for the property is TV’s in the bedrooms. All 5 of us had to share a tv and of course a 2 year old won and we had to watch Disney all weekend.

This house on the Mississippi River in Pleasant Valley was perfect for my wife and I. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms along with a third loft bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. The best part of the property was the tranquility of sitting in the all season room watching the river peacefully pass by. I loved watching the barge traffic quietly pass by. It was very relaxing. Would highly recommend if visiting the Bettendorf, Pleasant Valley and Le Claire area.Additionally, our host was highly responsive and offered repeatedly to provide recommendations. We did not need them as I grew up in the area but the offer was greatly appreciated.
