Beautiful Downtown Condo in the Heart of Dunedin

Located in the heart of downtown Dunedin, our condo is within walking distance of the Pinellas Trail(1 block away), downtown restaurants and night clubs, unique shops, and the quaint breweries of Dunedin. Enjoy the numerous festivals in town, baseball, a beautiful community center, farmers markets, and of course the beautiful nightly sunsets.
Our condo is completely furnished with all kitchen and linen goods included. Enjoy a dinner at home on the lanai or stroll downtown to the many fine restaurants. There are 2 TV's in the condo with one in the family room (46 inches) and one in the master bedroom. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included. Behind our property is the ocean, providing a private walk along the path enjoying solitude and outstanding sunsets. There are parks within walking distance where evening concerts are held during the year. Enjoy the Toronto Blue Jays spring training facility which is about 1 mile away.
Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 months.

My husband and I stayed in this condo over the summer and it was everything we expected and more. It's located 4 blocks from the downtown area. Street festivals, movies in the park,quaint restaurants, local breweries,the Pinellas bike trail and more right outside the door. We even took the trolley to Clearwater beach and the next day took it to Tarpon springs.(it runs on the weekends) We really didn't even need to use our car. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. It's a 50' walk to the Gulf where we watched the beautiful sunsets nightly and strolled Victoria Drive which runs along the water. We highly recommend it!

Location, location,location!! Perfect location within walking distance to historic Main St. and Edgewater Park. Half a block to Pinellas Trail, just over an hour's bike ride to Tarpon Springs or forty minutes to Clearwater the other way. Unit is as advertised with no surprises. Clean and the king bed is comfortable. There is no land line phone in the unit but we made out just fine via internet options....facetime, skype, google phone, etc. Pool tubes, beach bags all there!! Short driving distances to all beaches, John's Pass etc. The pool and grounds are well maintained with birds including a resident osprey pair nesting on the property. Hope to become regular guest in the future. Landlord very easy to contact and was very accommodating on more than one occasion. All in all magnificent break from minus 30 degree temperatures.

March Madness

We were fortunate enough to spend the month of March in this lovely condo. It was clean and well taken care of with all supplies at one's finger tips. The condo is in a great location and within walking distance of many fabulous restaurants. St. Patty's Day celebrations were the best! We enjoyed both biking and walking on the nearby Pinellas Trail. We would have liked warmer weather in order to enjoy the pool and beaches more often. Our reluctance to swim in the pool was not only the cool temps but the debris at the bottom of the pool.
