About this property

Central 2 bedroom/1 bathroom flat with private garden

Beautiful completely refurbished (Jan 2022) property by an interior designer with two bedrooms and large bathroom. Lovely open plan sitting room/dining area and kitchen at the front and full washing machine and separate dryer out the front of house in separate room. Lovely garden at the back of the house.

The master bedroom is at the back of the property so is very quiet, it is a small bedroom but perfect for a cosy comfortable night sleep.

The second bedroom is a single bedroom and the bathroom is in the middle between the bedrooms. The bathroom has lovely roll top bath and separate stand up shower.

At the front of the house when you come in there is a sitting room with beautiful newly refurbished kitchen with fridge, oven, induction hob and dishwasher. Dining room area with 4 chairs and large comfy sitting room. TV is a screen that comes down from the ceiling via a projector and has all the SMART features (Netflix/Prime/BBC iPlayer etc) and the WiFi is very good BT WiFi throughout the property.

Garden is at the back of the house with the master and single bedroom overlooking it, there is a table and chairs for enjoying a drink/dinner in the nicer weather.

Great location near Pimlico station on a quiet street.

Nice little flat near Pimlico station (3 minute walk) which is on the Victoria line and easily connects to get you to all the sites in London. Annabelle was responsive to my questions and requests and check in was easy.

Why they chose this property

Wonderful quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to Victoria (about a 10min walk) and 4 mins from Pimlico tube stop. Nearby the River Thames and Tate Gallery and also walking distance over the bridge to Battersea Power Station which is amazing for food/shopping and views. Close to Chelsea and my favourite street in London Elizabeth Street.

What makes this property unique

It is very cosy and quiet and has a lovely small back garden to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Wonderful bathroom with a roll top bath and separate shower and recently fully renovated.
