Welcome to Willow Brook Farm. A completely updated 1790 farmhouse!

This 1790 farmhouse with an attached barn was in terrible condition when we found it—so bad, in fact, that most people said it should just be torn down. But those are exactly the types of properties my business partner and I love to acquire and transform.

The house was in such disrepair that we had to strip it down to the bare studs and start from scratch. Because so little of the original farmhouse could be salvaged, we decided to remodel it entirely with new, modern construction and fixtures—while still preserving its historic charm.

We did leave several original posts and hand-hewn beams in place, and added touches of reclaimed barn board as accent pieces throughout the home. The result is a unique blend of old character and new comfort.

The property sits on approximately 10 wooded acres with direct frontage on the Salmon Falls River. It's a beautiful setting, surrounded by rolling hills, forest, and wildlife.

The barn and surrounding grounds are still in the process of being renovated, so you may notice that some areas are still a work in progress. But the potential and beauty of this historic farmstead are already shining through.
