This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits right on the beautiful Toccoa River in Blue Ridge, offering you a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. Make yourself at home - this house is yours to enjoy during your stay.

Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living space featuring a gas fireplace for those chilly mountain evenings. The three bedrooms provide plenty of space for your family or group to spread out and relax.



Step outside to discover your own piece of paradise. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for gathering around on starlit nights, roasting marshmallows, and sharing stories. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub while listening to the soothing sounds of the river flowing by.

Toccoa Paradise

Had a phenomenal time relaxing and enjoying the view and quick access to the Toccoa river. My wife and I floated down the river from the house and it was so convenient. Spent some time exploring the surrounding area and did some really nice hikes, within 30 mins of the house. I would highly recommend staying here and I am already thinking about a return trip this summer.

This is a cozy cabin that sits right on the Toccoa River. It has great porches and deck areas to enjoy the river. A very relaxing place to chill out. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone who loves to look at and listen to the water as it rushes over the rocks. Would definitely rent again.
