This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits right on the beautiful Toccoa River in Blue Ridge, offering you a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. Make yourself at home - this house is yours to enjoy during your stay.

Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living space featuring a gas fireplace for those chilly mountain evenings. The three bedrooms provide plenty of space for your family or group to spread out and relax.



Step outside to discover your own piece of paradise. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for gathering around on starlit nights, roasting marshmallows, and sharing stories. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub while listening to the soothing sounds of the river flowing by.



The Toccoa River is quite literally in your backyard, offering opportunities for fishing, tubing, or simply enjoying the peaceful water views from the property.

Toccoa Paradise

Had a phenomenal time relaxing and enjoying the view and quick access to the Toccoa river. My wife and I floated down the river from the house and it was so convenient. Spent some time exploring the surrounding area and did some really nice hikes, within 30 mins of the house. I would highly recommend staying here and I am already thinking about a return trip this summer.
