Welcome to Your Perfect Martha’s Vineyard Escape!

Enjoy the best of Island life in this beautifully renovated three-bedroom, two-bath home in West Tisbury — now available for the 2026 season. Nestled in a peaceful setting with plenty of privacy, this spacious home combines Vineyard charm with all the modern comforts you expect, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi/TV, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and a huge outdoor deck for relaxing or entertaining.

When you’re ready to explore the Island, you’ll love having FREE use of our car, which also comes with a private Lambert’s Cove Beach parking pass — one of the Island’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches, available only to West Tisbury residents and guests. Past visitors have found the car and pass to be a total game-changer, letting them enjoy stress-free access to the Island’s best spots without the hassle of rental car shortages, expensive Ubers, or crowded buses.

Inside, the home features gleaming hardwood floors, new appliances and furnishings, and thoughtfully curated décor throughout. Step outside to enjoy the spacious deck with grill, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a brand-new outdoor shower — perfect for rinsing off after a beach day or soaking up the summer air under the stars.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests:
• Ground Floor: One king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
• Second Floor Master Suite: A king-size bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and space for an additional queen air mattress if needed.

This season, we’ve transformed the home into a full three-bedroom rental. In the past, it was offered as two separate spaces, but the new layout now provides plenty of room for larger groups and families to spread out and enjoy the entire house together. The upstairs master suite offers a private, retreat-like feel, complete with its own separate entrance and upper deck. It’s the perfect setup for multiple families or groups traveling together who want to share a home but still enjoy a bit of personal space and privacy.

And yes — we’re PET FRIENDLY!

We’re experienced Premier Hosts with over six years of 5-star rental history on Martha’s Vineyard. After years of offering two separate units in this home, we’re thrilled to now welcome guests to enjoy the entire property as one spacious three-bedroom retreat.

Our family had a wonderful time at this cozy home only steps away from a very convenient supermarket and the bus stop that took us to the vineyard ferry. The owner was always available for questions and extremely helpful. We did bbq in the back deck as well as take our little dog McQueen to run in the back yard where she chased the rabbits and squirrels!! Overall we enjoyed every minute of our stay having same amenities as our home in Ny

The house presents itself as attractive as the photos make it appear. Spacious, new everything, fully equipped, and pet-friendly too. Deck is a real plus as well. A very enjoyable and relatively convenient place to stay. A good value choice.Our only issue was we didn't know about the renovated attic space being rented out as well until 2 days before arriving. That put a disappointing twist on our stay. True, we had very little interaction with the other guests, but it would have been better had me made our decision with this understanding in mind. It seems the current rental listing more accurately points that aspect out.This is a very nice house and the owners are very cordial and helpful, very professional, and very prompt to respond to any inquiries or concerns.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in West Tisbury. It’s a quiet wooded area of the island off the beaten path. It’s a great location to get away from the busy downtown areas and close to all the scenic upisland locations.

What makes this property unique

One of the most unique features of our property is that we offer our guests complimentary use of our island beach car to get around the island which also comes with a beach pass to our private town beach on Lamberts Cove just a 5 minute drive away!
