I would probably rate the house a 4 out of 5 normally. The problem is there was no water pressure. If in a shower and someone else in the house got in another shower the water would completely turn off in your shower. Not just the shower, but the bath sink, even kitchen sink would loose all water. Would usually start back within 5 minutes. Water pressure was never good at anytime, couldn't even use the washing machine as a result.
