The apartment is a stylish renovated 1 bedroom (Queen bed) and a large living room with a sofa bed (Queen Size). Total 4 people. Fully equipped for a peaceful stay : New kitchen appliances, Smart TV, Unlimited High Speed Wifi, Cooking and Dining utensils, Comfy linens and towels for all the guests, self check-in, welcoming water and chocolate...
In the heart of South Beach, one block of Ocean Drive and the Beaches. Restaurants, Nightlife, Shopping.....everything is in the neighborhood at a walking distance!
UNDER PENALTY : NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO PETS.
NO DISTURBING NOISE.
REMOVE ALL TRASH FROM APARTMENT IN OUTSIDE CANS.
DAMAGES OR STAINS to linens and sheets is NOT covered by cleaning fees and will occur in additional charge.
