We had a great stay with our large family! The house was set up great and very clean! It was easy access to the public beach area (walk across the street) and a quick drive to a few local places to eat/coffee. Our host was very responsive with a few questions we had throughout our stay. Great for a long weekend away!

This is a brand new house with really good decor and finishes. The large deck overlooks Joes Pond and it is steps to the beach and the Lemoille Trail. I rode my bike on the trail for miles and the view were really fantastic. I would definitely book again in the future.

The house was amazing. Beautiful view with big windows. A wonderful deck with great furniture. Kayaks to paddle around the lake. The 4 (two couples) of us really enjoyed ourselves. Just so you know the house is situated next to the two lane highway so there was car and truck noise. Other than that it was great. Nice restaurant with good food nearby. It was right off the LVT rails to trails. So convenient to our bike ride.

Beautiful view of Joe’s Pond/Great Location!

House is spacious, clean, and very comfortable! Outdoor deck is large and picture windows inside overlook the water for a beautiful view from every room. House is fully equipped with all the essentials, along with extra thoughtful details like games, a grill, and plenty of towels and pillows. A/C in each room made sleeping very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked great, which was nice because cell service is spotty. Plenty of space for parking and easy access to the bike path and lake. Rental office around the corner offers kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon boats, etc for rent. Kyle was great to work with. Would highly recommend!

Clean and Comfortable Stay for Family of 7

The host, Kyle, was fantastic and very responsive. The view was beautiful, the home was very nice and clean. We had a large group, though the house is not very big, the layout worked exceptionally well. There is large grassy play area and a large deck for entertaining the kids. It is right across the street from a fishing/swimming beach that also has a hiking trail.The location was perfect for our group. Very close to St Johnsbury and within 30 minutes of Montpelier and Littleton. If the A/C is important, make sure to let the host know ahead of time. It can get a little warm if you fail to open the windows early enough.We look forward to another stay in the near future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
