Step inside and be greeted by a tranquil water view and a stunning, newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the spacious deck, where you can take in breathtaking sunset views over the water.

After a fun-filled day at nearby Bristol, Menauhant, Falmouth Heights beaches (just under 2 miles away), Or for simplicity a private association beach steps away-unwind in one of our four inviting bedrooms with a primary suite featuring a king bed, queen beds, with one bedroom on the first floor—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. With three full bathrooms, getting ready in the morning is a breeze.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please place trash and reycle curb-side on Thursday
Absolutely no electric car charging allowed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please place wet towels on Towel hooks in bathroom not on hardwood floors. Absolutely no electrical car charging.
Please do not overload washer. If it is overloaded washer will not work and repairing the washer will most likely not take place during your stay.
Please take out the garbage and recycle on Thursday morning.
