Granite counter tops, new cabinets, professionally decorated. Top floor is separated from bottom floor for privacy. Upstairs boasts 3 lovely bedrooms with a full bathroom, open kitchen, living and dining room. Back deck leads to outdoor shower. Bottom living area is a studio apartment with a full bathroom and kitchen area. House has an instant hot water heater for continuous hot water. Air conditioning in each room. Sit on your deck and overlook the lake or get out on the lake for some fishing/swimming or take a quick drive to any one of Falmouth's 9 public beaches. Fishing rods are stored in our shed. Take a ride on the shining sea bike path. Enjoy Falmouth or go to Martha's Vineyard for the day. The ferry leaves directly from Falmouth! The possibilities are endless. SUNDAY - SUNDAY BOOKINGS ONLY except for the last weeks of August.
