While enjoying ocean and meadow views in a peaceful private setting you will also be able to relax in complete comfort in this 1700 square feet home which features hardwood floors, upscale décor with imported rugs, vaulted ceilings, large windows, and fireplace. From the living area, step out to the ultra large ocean facing deck with teak furniture, Hot tub and barbeque. The kitchen is well equipped with all the modern appliances and the media center has everything you need…HDTV, movies, music, Internet.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all towels in the washing machine and start. No need to transfer the cleaning team will do the rest. Helps with washing/drying time. Thank you!
Please make sure the heat is off
Please leave the two ( 2) hang tags for cars and four (4) personal IDs in the black pouch on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hot tub to be used at ones own risk. Spiral stair case is to be used at ones own risk.
All towels are to put into the washing machine and machine started no later than 10:00 am on departure day. No need to dry the towels.
Sea Ranch requires us to keep the noise level down. No loud music, loud noises in or around the home please.

Cari was very welcoming and everything was super easy to navigate from the check in process, using everything in the house, and more. Highly recommend. Only thing to be aware of is the second floor (where one bedroom and the bathtub is) is accessible with a steep spiral staircase.

Wonderful home in an incredible part of the world. The host was very welcoming, offering helpful information about the area well in advance of our stay. The house was very comfortable for me, my wife, and two teenaged sons. The kitchen has everything one needs. The beds are comfortable. The living space is cozy with great light, especially at sunset. Lovely forest trails are within very short walking distance of the house. And the hot tub is the perfect place to watch the stars while reflecting on a perfect day.

This was such a magical and wonderful stay. Cari's house is meticulously cared for and she has thought of EVERY detail. The house is comfy, warm and inviting and has the perfect ocean view backdrop with the never ending Sea Ranch starry sky as your night time hot tub companion.
