Navarre Beach Bungalow / PRIVATE POOL & Dog Friendly

Steps from the Gulf, check out this perfect and pet friendly beautiful beach bungalow with a PRIVATE pool and small dock for fishing, kayaking, or paddle boards. OPTIONAL 6 passenger golf cart for guest rental.

Less than 100 yards from beach access, and situated on a private canal, you can dock your boat or jet skis. There is a spacious yard, OUTDOOR KITCHEN, bar, swing and PRIVATE pool. The pool is not heated.

We offer the OPTION to rent our 6 passenger golf cart for $650*+ refundable damage deposit. (*weekly rentals only March - Oct. Daily rentals available from Oct - Feb). The golf cart is NOT included in your rental of the home.

The maximum capacity of this home is 8 (including children). We do not allow parties or large gatherings. Only guests listed on the rental agreement are allowed on the property including the pool/ no outside guests. Base rate for up to 5 guests; additional guest fees will apply for more guests or pets. Maximum two dogs (only) allowed & dogs are not allowed in the pool. The exterior front door area of this unit is monitored by a RING camera.

**Guests traveling with a registered service animal (maximum 1 per person with disability) are required to contact the host prior to making the reservation so that reasonable accommodations can be considered. Emotional support animals are not allowed without the pet fee.
Registered service animals must not be left alone in the property at any time, they must accompany their service person when he/she leaves the home.

The main bedroom has a king bed and queen sleeper sofa with views of the canal and Santa Rosa Sound. Enjoy the front balcony from this bedroom.

The main en-suite features a walk in shower / private toilet area with a huge vanity and lots of storage cabinets.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony with canal and Santa Rosa Sound views. The hall guest bathroom features a huge tub/shower combo, all tile and storage.

The oversized great room with magnificent vaulted ceilings greets you as you enter. There is a large dining area attached for the perfect "open floor plan". The spacious kitchen has ample cabinets and counter for multiple chefs. Additional guests can enjoy the queen sleeper sofa in the primary bedroom and the living room.
This private home is immaculately & professionally maintained. We provide hotel quality linens (bedroom and bathroom) and a full size washer/dryer.

Family Beach Vacation

House was super clean and close to the beach. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed fishing in the canal. Great house for a family of four.

Great property and perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen especially. Very beachy decor too. We would probably skip getting the golf cart because we only used it a few times and the beach access is close enough. The fenced yard is good for the pups and it was our first time bringing them along. Deanna was super responsive and helpful. We also loved the digital guide book. It was so nice to have all of the property info so handy. We are already looking at dates to go back!

Was a very nice home, and Pool,Enjoyed the stay there, But what is not mentioned is,The pics are not up to date,The Owners Live in front of the property, Sooo,you are under constant surveillance, by Cameras, and The Owners of It,So if you do Something like play Music by Pool, And Owners don't like it, Your told to shut it off, So if you like being watched on Vacation, all the time, Then this is for you!!!

Great Pet Friendly Stay

We absolutely loved our time while staying here until the A/C broke New Years Eve I believe it was. We stayed end of Dec suppose to stay till Jan 2. Had to leave early as A/C broke and while in winter it was still way to hot to stay.. we did get a refund on a night or two but hated our trip had to end early.. you really can't go stay just anywhere when vaca is planned with your 2 GSD's... the location is amazing.. felt somewhat private but a lot of homes have been built since we stayed. Loved the decor and the outdoor kitchen is an exciting and fun thing to be able to us. The pool was amazing but would be even better if heated in the winter mths. Did not stop our son from using it! LOL

Everything we were looking for

We were looking for something that would accommodate a family of 4. Beachfront house is not a typical option for a 2 bedroom without being townhome/condo also private pool if possible. Our kids have large age gap youngest boy is 6 while oldest girl is 13. Sharing a room is NOT an option. Our son slept in our bedroom on the sofa pull out next to our bed and daughter slept in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms were good size. Very large washer/dryer for towels clothes etc. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/bowls etc(more than most). Living/dining are just as shown in pics. We had an a/c issue on checkin but Deanna and Barry were on it from the moment we let them know (MUCH more than most considering we had notified them later that evening). A/c was fixed the next day(while we were beaching) and no other issues for the rest of our trip. Pool was perfect for red flag days and after beach cool downs. Very large area near grill with table/chairs to relax while cooking dinner on grill. Outdoor fridge is nice as well. Many items available to borrow (beach chairs, toys etc) all in good condition. We did rent the golf cart and it ran well, so nice to load up beach items and drive to parking area at the crosswalk. Will be returning next year for sure!

Pure Paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impressions are the best impressions! Extremely welcoming atmosphere ...Love that its dog friendly too! Our dogs felt very welcomed! Every Window has a water view. The property was very clean and well maintained. This property has everything you need, no need to leave!The sofa sleeper in the living area could use an upgrade!! Check in time is late compared to check out time, you loose an entire day that you've paid for but unfortunately, its that way with multiple properties!Thank you for a great week ..We hope to stay again:)

Very Relaxed in Navarre Beach

Great spot for a nice getaway

My family and I visited Navarre over our winter break. The house was perfect for our family of four. The accommodations of the outside bar/pool were amazing. The house had all of the amenities and accommodations for us to avoid going out to eat, and our favorite memories were grilling outside. The pool and outside shed had so many things that kept our kids busy at the pool and the beach. We will be back!

Immaculate, beautiful, and peaceful

Navarre Beach Bungalow did not disappoint. The location close to the beach and canal running behind the house were very convenient. My husband fished from the bulkhead daily and caught tons of fish. The decor was beautiful and the outdoor space was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed using the private pool daily and had a fenced yard for our dogs. Deanna was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. We passed on the link to several of our friends. Love this place! We will definitely be back.

The house was well stocked, with glasses and plates (maybe some bigger bowls would be nice for soup and cereal) Walk to the beach was few minutes. Perfect location and a very relaxing place to be in Florida ;)

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay in the bungalow was beyond perfect! From the well appointed kitchen to the gorgeous and comfortable furnishings, this house feels like home. The swimming pool and outdoor patio area were a huge hit for us - we love cooking at home vs. going out to have more pool/beach time! Everything you need to get started is already at the home, which will make it easy for you to come in and just start relaxing! The proximity to the beach is about .2 miles - took us under 5 minutes to walk across the street to the crossing. Highly recommend this place - Navarre is wonderful of course and this home was a treat!

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful week at this property. The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and comfortable. The check-in and check-out times weren’t the most convenient, and with 7 hours of prep time between guests, there were still some candy wrappers left behind when we arrived. The pool was fabulous and probably our favorite part of the stay. Loved the outdoor kitchen area, refrigerator, and convenient bathroom downstairs by the pool. Access to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach was uncrowded. Only downside was the construction noise nearby which could be distracting. Overall we would highly recommend this property and would return.

Great Family Getaway (including dogs)

This house is very accommodating! It has everything you will need for a "home away from home"! We loved being down in the less busy end of the beach. It is a very short walk to the beach and the house provides a lot of the beach gear to use. The outside/pool area is plenty big to enjoy and gets great afternoon sun. The communication with the Property Manager was outstanding from beginning to end!

Great escape

Fantastic beach house steps from the beach! Great deck to enjoy the sunsets! Perfect house for a family of 4 ! Quiet area but easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great beach vacation!

Great Holiday Escape

The Navarre Beach bungalow was perfect for our group. The views are beautiful and the property had everything we needed. It was a little too cold for the pool and outside kitchen area but can definitely see value and use in the warmer months. Very peaceful and relaxing location. Deanna is very responsive! I highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

So nice!

We loved our stay here! DeeAnna was so easy to get in touch with with any issues and questions that we had. The neighbors were friendly, and the house is so close to the beach access, so it's in a perfect spot. We have a two small children, and even though the pool was kinda cold when we went, the little shallow ledge was perfect for my two year old to play on, and he also loved playing in the sand around the pool as well. The house was clean and there was a bathtub which was nice to have for bathing small kids too! My husband and I are already talking about coming back next year!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location!

The Navarre Beach Bungalow was perfect for our family vacation, including our German Shorthaired Pointer. The pool was perfect and we loved watching the sunset from the loungers. The Adirondack seating area is lovely for morning coffee or an after dinner drink. Loved that the outdoor lights were on an automatic timer. The home was very welcoming and the beds were so comfortable. Being right on the canal was a plus, and a very easy walk to the beach access. DeAnna provided all necessary information before I had time to ask. Thanks for sharing this beautiful property with us. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing quiet property next to the beach

This house was great for our stay on Navarre Beach. Very well supplied kitchen and perfect beach house appointments. The pool and outdoor entertainment area is amazing! 5 minute walk to the beach access. We didn't use the small dock but next time would definitely bring a boat. We would definitely stay again.
