The pictures really do not pay justice to the space. This townhome has so much room and the view is amazing! Th e location is walkable to the market and restaurants as well as the beach.It is so quiet here. We will be back.

The condo was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The view of the mountains and lake from the balconies were wonderful. The only issue we had was trying to get the wifi codes for the television to work so we could watch live shows and sports. Most of these rentals use wifi streaming to reduce the cost for the owners but are not a preferable choice for many renters. With all that being said, we were very pleased with our choice and would rent this unit again in the future.

I was not happy to find out you have to agree to pay for them to return your things if they find them during cleaning after checkout. They made me agree to pay them for finding my stuff before they would even call and ask the cleaning team if they found my wallet. I reported my wallet lost/missing from the unit before we checked out. It took days for the property management company to get back to me. The fact I had lost all my cards, ID and cash along with what spending money my child brought with him.. it is very sad to see how easily it comes for someone to take advantage of those in an unfortunate situation after spending money to stay at your property. The home was stunning and the property was clean. The home is in a perfect location if you have kids. I have a good idea this was all on the property manager and even the owners would not liked to be treated the way I was.

We understand how upsetting it is to lose something containing identification, cards, and cash, particularly while traveling with a child. However, we do want to clarify what happened with our team’s response. When you contacted us on July 19, we provided our lost-and-found information, which explains that guests are responsible for shipping and handling costs if an item is located and needs to be returned. Because our team spends time coordinating with cleaners and handling the packaging and return of recovered belongings, we ask guests to acknowledge those potential costs before we initiate that process. This is not a charge to search for an item or a fee for reporting something missing. Once you agreed to the terms on July, we contacted the cleaning team to search for the wallet. On July 24, the cleaner confirmed that no wallet had been found in the home. We’re genuinely sorry that we weren’t able to recover it for you, but we did make every effort to follow up and have the property checked. We appreciate your kind comments about the home and hope this helps provide some additional context regarding our policy and efforts, and hope to have you back soon.
