Beautiful sunsets, hearing the sound of the waves crashing on the shore at night, walking on the beach and beach pathway during the day, nearby park with pickleball, tennis & basketball courts; softball field and a playground; many restaurants and entertainment venues within a 10-30 minute drive and within an hour drive from Santa Barbara, Montecito, Ventura and Malibu.
