About this property
COUNTRY LIVING JUST 3 MILES FROM GALLATIN SQUARE
Country living just 3 miles from Gallatin Square!
This 1949 home was completely updated in 2020 and sits on 1.3 acres of beautifully treed property just 2 miles outside Gallatin city limits. Perfect for work and pleasure. Big enough for three professionals to share, perfect size for families and friends to gather, small enough for singles and couples to feel cozy and at home. Anyone who loves nature will love this property! Plus, you can arrive with just your suitcase, clothes, shoes, and groceries, and we’ve got the rest covered!
This home boasts an open floor plan from kitchen to dining room to living room with stunning pine ceilings and original wood floors on most of the main level. New kitchen is set up for quick meals or gourmet dinners, filled with dishes, tools, and cookware, quartz countertops, full-size LG appliances, including gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and in-door ice & water refrigerator, plus a mini-fridge for extra drinks. Full-size washer and dryer and all utilities are also included, along with 250mbps high-speed fiber internet for work, gaming, or streaming. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the primary suite on the main level and junior suite upstairs, both with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have queen beds and large closets with plenty of hangers. There is also an office area with desk, chair, and extra monitor upstairs, along with an area for yoga, exercising, gaming, or whatever else you wish to use it for.
Owners live on the adjacent 10.7-acre property, which is like a beautiful park enclosed in trees, with a small pond and creek (when it rains); open to you for a peaceful walk in nature anytime. There is also plenty of outdoor space for watching the sunset, grilling, outdoor games, or playing with the kids. And, if you have friends with an RV who want to visit for a couple days, there is even an RV pad with full hook-ups we have for rent separately. It’s awesome to be so close to the city and still be able to enjoy an evening around a real campfire, while gazing up at the stars.
We will be happy to share with you all the amazing places nearby to go for live music and great food, and we are also hoping you have time to enjoy Tennessee for its natural beauty.
We have been told that there are more waterfalls here in Tennessee than any other state in the nation, and the ones we have seen so far are gorgeous! There are also tons of water sports, parks, hunting, and more history than anyone can learn about in a lifetime.
Here, you’ll be able to enjoy all the comforts of home with tons of added conveniences!
Notable details on location: We are approx 35 minutes from the airport and you will need a vehicle to get here.

Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Roni and John Lambrecht

We moved to Tennessee from Colorado in 2019. We lived in our camper for 17 months while John completely updated the house you'll be staying in, and we just finished our forever home on the back property. We spend most of our time working our day jobs; John is in construction and I'm a Sr. Franchise Coordinator for Port of Subs. The remainder of our time is spent working on the houses or the property, or out listening to music and dancing. We've been married for over 30 years and are still very much in love. We love to meet the guests and often find ourselves having dinners or playing games together. We also understand that some guests want to be left alone during their time here and we honor that as well.
Why they chose this property
We love living in the country and being so close to everyday conveniences. Our favorite thing about our property is that it's surrounded by trees and looks and feels like a nature preserve.
What makes this property unique
We've updated or touched every inch of the house and property and it's beautiful and truly feels like home.
