Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life with a stay at Signature @ TradeWinds Homosassa. A brand new luxury villa on stilts (January 2025). Located on the edge of the TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort on the Homosassa river, with the Mexican Gulf around the corner.

Signature offers a great indoor/outdoor living experience with a giant large terrace. (580 sq ft), where a first-class barbecue with dining table and lounge area is of course not missing.

Signature's decor is a combination of American and European influences.
The spacious living room (75 inch TV) and modern kitchen have all the comforts. The Master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, TV (55 inch) and custom made walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is modern and luxuriously furnished with an extra large walk-in shower with rain shower and sitting area, toilet and double sink.
Bedroom 2 is also furnished with a king-size bed, TV, wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, TV and wardrobe. Both bedrooms share the second bathroom, furnished with walk-in shower, double sink and access to separate toilet. A separate room with washer/dryer. Under the entire house, there is sufficient parking for several cars and a boat trailer.

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 minutes).
