If you enjoy eclectic getaways, this is the perfect place to stay for couples or by yourself. It has so much character, surrounded by big pines and oak trees you feel like you’re in a remote setting yet you’re just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches, great cycling areas, and all the necessities found in civilization.

This was a one night stay for us, but the owners treated us as if we were staying for a week. Great communication, excellent rates, and the bus is beyond cool! We like a cold place to sleep and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful & unique spot not far from the beach. The beach bus was set up perfectly, and every detail inside was well thought out in terms of how the bus has been converted to sleep & stay in. Highly recommend for a trip to the beach or to see some spring training baseball!

The schoolie was very comfortably situated as to be off the road and quite private. The hosts were very accommodating and provided the additional needs we requested. It was clean and fully stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels. The outdoor seating area is cute with lots of lush foliage. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Awesome off the grid location

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and helpful, well also affording me privacy. The bus had everything I needed and was a great spot under the palms and close to Manesota Beach. Would definitely recommend.

Beach Bus

This is a wonderful place, very peaceful and quiet. Very close to Manasota beach. The bus had everything you could possibly need and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We spent the days on the beach or visiting family. When we’d come back, it was so peaceful and restful. Don’t sleep on this amazing property!!!

Unique experience!

If you ate looking for a unique experience, away from your typical hotel room, i would suggest giving this a try. Its so adorable! The entire process was easy, from booking to check in and out. Host was fine. Vrbo didn't supply access information until the day after. I did not have host phone number. Calling vrbo was terribly frustrating - she made me wait many minutes for the host number - using credit card numbers was difficult - i could not recall which card I used!! who would have guessed that data was necessary?? My wife who is disabled was in distress, it was dark, and i had no knowledge of contact data or how to find it at the last minute!!! vrbo really useless and unhelpful - could at least had a phone number for emergency type situations! will not use vrbo again! EVER! YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!
