Living room has a pull out couch for extra guests. Queen size bed, dressers, and even a small book collection!. After a long day at the beach, come home and enjoy quiet time reading a book or watching movies on our 50” UHD flat screen tv. Stay awhile!!

Nicely decorated, very close to town. Good additional details like beach towels and laundry detergent. The outside doesn’t look like much but inside was nice and clean. Look forward to staying there again!

Fresh, beachy, convenient!

I stayed @ Nicholas’ property when their schedule & mine fit for over 8 weeks while ‘homeless’ following damage to my home during Hurricane Ian. The location was convenient to Dearborn St Farmers Market & shopping, beaches, and to check on my home as repairs commenced w/in 10 miles. This is a charming well equipped and pleasant unit and it was my pleasure to stay there during this Unexpected and difficult period. I’m grateful to Nicolas for his generosity and in helping me resolve more than one issue During my stay!
