Beautifully remodeled beach bungalow in a convenient location, just one short block from the beach. The house is on the corner of 28th and the main drag Balboa Blvd which is a short five-minute walk to the famous Newport Pier. This home is great for families. In the garage, there are bikes, boogie boards and everything you'd need for a great day at the beach! House includes a BBQ, internet, all the cooking utensils you would ever need. Dogs are allowed for a fee. One garage spot, front patio and all the bikes and beach toys! There is no A/C in this property, we rely on cool ocean breezes and fans. There is a heater, with a thermostat control on the wall in the living room.
