This beautifully decorated vacation home rental features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the breakfast area. There are 2 master suites both with walk-in closets.

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere within the property

Five nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. Two master bedrooms with king-sized beds, one bedroom with king bed, and two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds, The family room has a fold out couch. Four bathrooms, a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa, a covered patio with furniture and a barbecue grill. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home. There is also a large barbeque area pool side for poker or playing cards.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

We had a great time while attending the Frozen Four and celebrating my son's 50th birthday. 6 adults and 4 children with all kinds of time in the pool. Volleyball matches in the pool and a great patio with plenty of furniture to enjoy the beautiful backyard. Close to the strip for trips to T-Mobile Arena for the hockey. Thank you, it was great fun!

Jamason and Lindsay were great! Quick responses to my many questions. They also brought over a brand new volleyball and bad mitten set for the pool because one of my grandkids had seen it in one of the pictures and it wasn't there. The only reason I didn't give a 5 on the cleanliness is, I had to clean the tables and chairs and cushions outside before we could use them. They were pretty dusty. The patio could have used blown off as well. The cushions on the chairs definitely need replaced. Mismatched and thin. Inside was very clean! The pool and outdoor area were amazing. Overall it was a great stay!

I was worried that the pool would not heat up fast enough for our stay, even though I had paid extra for the pool heat. I expressed my concern to the owner and they brought a solar blanket. It took a day but then was very warm. It’s a large home. The billiards was a hit. The air hockey table wasn’t there, as well as the volley ball net, like shown in their photos but we had a great time.

Hey Terry, Thanks for the 5 star review. We provide R/O filtered water at the sink, the filters are changed every 9 months by a local company. Maybe you guys missed it, sorry about that. Come back and see us!
