Located in beautiful Granby Ranch, CO this 3 bedroom,3 bathroom town home is the perfect place to stay for your dream family vacation or just a relaxing weekend getaway. The home backs to open space and offers views of the Rocky Mountains, Granby Ranch golf course, and Ski Granby Ranch. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the top deck or the lower patio. On site there is an 18 hole golf course, fishing, hiking and mountain bike trails.

The space
This home has 1700 sq. ft. of living space which is spacious and open The living area has a floor to ceiling gas stone fireplace, hardwood flooring and a large 'L' shaped leather couch. There is also a TV with cable.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook all your meals. The kitchen table seats 6-8 and there is also a breakfast bar which has 3 bar stools to sit on. There are large windows all across the back of the house in which you can admire the beautiful scenery from inside or you can step outside and enjoy the views from the top deck which also has a gas grill with a dedicated gasline so you can BBQ.

There are two bedrooms on the main level. The master has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom with a shower just steps away.

Downstairs is a wide open space with two sets of bunk beds. One set is a full over full and the other is twin over twin. There are also 3 body size bean bags that children can use to sleep on or just watch TV. This space also has a TV with cable and a DVD player for your entertainment.
There is also a bedroom on the lower level with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom and full size washer and dryer on this level. There is a sliding glass door that opens onto the back patio which has a fire pit and also an eating area not to mention the amazing views.
A heated pool and hot tub are available down at the base of the Granby Ranch ski area (the left hand side of the base parking lot). Access to the pool and hot tub is $10 per person per day. This fee is collected by the Granby Ranch personnel at the pool. This is a Granby Ranch rule, not ours.
There is also a ski/snowboard closet that locks right on the front porch.

We booked this house 3 weekends over the winter and every time we arrived it was perfect. We've stayed at a few different places in Granby, and can say this house is better stocked than most! The kitchen has everything you, cards for games, just enough toys to entertain kids, comfortable beds, with tons of pillows to choose from, extra blankets, plenty of towels, etc, truly everything! Every single time we arrived the home was absolutely spotless. You can tell then home is well cared for. Getting in and out is easy as can be. The house is perfect and we won't hesistate to recommend it to our friends and book it again ourselves again.

This house was a great option for two families to hang out. The bunk room was so fun for the kids. A nice big table for us all to sit and eat or play games. There were some awesome bean bags to lounge in the bunk room. It was easy to check in and out. We were just a minute drive to the ski slopes.
