Niko’s Nest - Modern Luxury Condo close to MSU and downtown Bozeman

Welcome to Niko’s Nest. This modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo with a 2 car garage is our personal home away from home for a few months of the year and we would love to share it with you. Newly constructed in 2020, this condo features modern architecture, high-end appliances, and designer furnishings from West Elm, Joybird, Denver Modern, and more. We’ve gone the extra mile in equipping our Bozeman sanctuary with some of our favorite things such as a Mocchamaster coffee maker and Fellow Ode grinder, Sonos wireless music, and a Solo Stove fire pit. Skiers and snowboarders will appreciate our ski-tuning bench and commercial style boot and glove dryer. Fitness aficionados will even find a garage gym with weights, kettlebells, pull-up bar, and more. There are even fishing poles if you care to try your luck in one of the local fishing holes. Fall in love with Bozeman and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We chose our neighborhood for its laid back vibe and close proximity to the outdoor playgrounds we spend the most time in. We’re just minutes from all of the best things that Bozeman has to offer

What makes this property unique

Because we often use this home, we offer a lot of extras that are not common in rental units. Rather than cheap rental unit furnishings, you will be pleasantly surprised to see the kitchen well stocked and everything in good shape. We purchased higher end furniture, mattresses, and electronics than you would typically find in a rental. This is truly our own personal home away from home and we’ve gone above and beyond the typical rental so that we could have it just the way we want it.
