The children's pool is perfect for younger guests to splash and play safely. Relax and unwind in the hot tub or the sauna, ideal for soothing relaxation. We had a great time at this condo!The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable! Host was very quick to respond to a couple small issues we had. The only real issue we struggled with was the slider door to the balcony. We were ages 57-70 and the slider door was very hard to open and close. Had to use full body weight to move it. I hope next time we stay there it’s easier to “slide”. Beach access, property amenities were awesome! As vrbo owners and managers- overall we were very pleased with our stay and would most certainly stay here again! Thanks for a memorable trip!

Wonderful place!

Very clean! Easy check-in process and property manager was super-responsive to all of my questions leading up to our stay. Plenty of beach toys for the kids to use and very comfortable bedding. Highly recommend this property to anyone planning to vacation in Orange Beach!

Relaxing time in Orange Beach, AL

The condo was perfect for my husband and me. Just the right size with everything we needed to have a nice, relaxing time directly on the beach. Sitting on the patio watching and listening to the ocean was just what we needed. We certainly recommend this condo for couples or families.

Nice Location

We had a very nice stay at Orange Beach. Everything we needed was in condo. The view of the gulf was beautiful and we enjoyed watching dolphins most everyday. Restaurants and shopping were close by. We would have stayed again for 2021 but when we looked to book it was already booked.

Wonderful Time!

The location and view are convenient and beautiful! It was just my wife and I so we had lots of room. We enjoyed the balcony as much as the beach. Even in such a large building, we felt that we had plenty of privacy. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the condo. The unit was so clean and beautifully decorated!!! The beds slept great. The view was simply stunning!!! The only thing I would suggest is that the couch needs to be updated. Sitting on it and trying to get up was like being on the floor. We will be back next year.

great condo

This is the second time I have stayed at this condo. In 2019 I stayed the month of February and this year also the month of February. . It has everything I need and all in good condition. Love the view of the ocean. The first year, some of my family visited and we all enjoyed your place. This year because of Covid there was just me part of the month and my significant other was there some. The place was very clean . I do wish that more people in the building would have honored the "Mask Required" in the common areas , but guess some don't get it. I will be back next year and hopefully some of my family can visit some days. Thanks for making this available for rent!

The condo was very clean & the grounds were impeccably clean!

We had a wonderful time & truly enjoyed our stay here. We were most impressed with the maintenance & cleaning personnell. They were all very friendly & kept the grounds in tip-top shape! Our only complaint was the sliding glass door to the balcony. We were in & out of it often & it continually came off track making it very hard to open & close. Overall, the condo was great & I would highly recommend staying there. One added note - it would be nice to inform future visitors of the beach chairs/toys available to use that we located in the patio storage closet. We had already purchased some when we realized they were available, so we left some more to share! :) Thank you for a great experience in Orange Beach!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo and great view. Condo was not properly cleaned. There was urine by toilet in master bath. Also roaches in condo. Stayed in a Phoenix before and no hassle to check in at Phoenix v. We had to stop in foley for access code and go to another Phoenix for parking pass. May not sound too bad but when you have a 10 month old baby who is screaming it is important.
